  • The chatbot or service does not function as described

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Fully delivered custom AI chatbot projects

  • AI training completed using client-provided data

  • Third-party software, API, or platform fees

  • Add-ons, upgrades, or custom integrations already delivered

  • Monthly or usage-based fees already consumed

  • Delays caused by missing or incorrect client information


4. Subscription Services

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time within the first 30 days to avoid future charges.

  • Refunds apply only to unused portions where applicable.

  • After the first 30 days, all subscription payments are non-refundable.


5. Project Cancellations

If a project is canceled within the 30-day window:

  • Refunds will be prorated based on work completed

  • Completed work remains billable

  • Delivered assets may be disabled or revoked if a refund is issued
